ילד שלי, ילד שלי
אלה מפלצות הבית שאני מאכילה
כל יום
בפקוח עיניך היפות אל תוך אור ניגר
אני מפתה אותן לשתוק בדבש וחלב
בלחם מתוק וריבה סגולה
עד אין קירות רועדים, אין גג נעלם
ואנחנו הדברים מונחים במקומם
