Ifor AP GLYN
Ifor ap Glyn yw Bardd Cenedlaethol Cymru ers 2016, mae’n barddoni’n Gymraeg ac mae ei gerddi wedi eu cyfieithu i amryw o ieithoedd gan gynnwys Saesneg, Mandarin, Pwyleg a Bakweri.
Wedi’i eni a’i fagu yn un o Gymry Llundain, mae Ifor ap Glyn yn fardd, cyflwynydd, cyfarwyddwr ac yn gynhyrchydd sydd wedi ennill nifer helaeth o wobrau yn y meysydd amrywiol hyn. Mae wedi ennill Coron yr Eisteddfod Genedlaethol, un o brif wobrau llenyddol Cymru, yn 1999 a 2013.
Mae Ifor yn byw yng Nghaernarfon ac wedi perfformio mewn gwyliau ar draws y byd gan gynnwys y Smithsonian Folk Life Festival yn yr UD, Gŵyl y Lôn Sidan yn Nhjeina a Gŵyl Druskininkai yn Lithwania.

Ifor ap Glyn is the current National Poet of Wales, he writes in Welsh and his poetry has been translated into many languages including English, Mandarin, Polish and Bakweri.
Born and bred in London to Welsh parents, Ifor ap Glyn is a multi award-winning poet, presenter, director and producer. He has twice won the Crown at the National Eisteddfod, one of Wales’s most prestigious prizes, in 1999 and 2013.
He lives in Caernarfon and has performed worldwide, at festivals such as the Smithsonian Folk Life Festival in USA, the Silk Road Festival in China and Druskininkai Festival in Lithuania.

Ifor ap Glyn est l’actuel Poète National du Pays de Galles. Il écrit en gallois et sa poésie a été traduite en plusieurs langues telles que l’anglais, le mandarin, le polonais et le bakweri.
Ifor ap Glyn est né à Londres de parents gallois et il est poète, présentateur, réalisateur et directeur plusieurs fois primé. Il a gagné deux fois la Couronne à l’Eisteddfod nationale, l’un des prix le plus prestigieux du Pays de Galles en 1999 et 2013.
Il habite à Caernarfon et il a interprété sa poésie à travers le monde, à divers festivals, tels que le Smithsonian Folk Life Festival aux États-Unis, le Silk Road Festival en Chine et le Druskinkai Festival en Lituanie.

Ifor ap Glyn is de huidige National Poet van Wales. Hij schrijft in het Welsh en zijn gedichten werden vertaald in vele talen, waaronder het Engels, het Mandarijn, het Pools en het Bakweri (Kameroen).
Ifor ap Glyn werd in London geboren uit Welshe ouders. Hij is dichter, tv-presentator, directeur en producer. Zijn poëzie werd meermaals bekroond. Zowel in 1999 als in 2013 won hij de prestigieuze ‘Crown’, de hoofdprijs op het National Eisteddfod – het belangrijkste poëziefestival in Wales.
Hij woont in Caernarfon en heeft overal in de wereld opgetreden. Zo was hij onder meer te zien op festivals als het Smithsonian Folk Life Festival in de USA, het Silk Road Festival in China en het Druskininkai Festival in Litouwen.
