Alev ADIL

Dr. Alev Adil has been widely published in academic journals, poetry anthologies and literary journals internationally. Alev has reviewed for The Times Literary Supplement, The Independent, The Guardian and The Financial Times and lectures at the University of Greenwich where she teaches visual culture and creative writing and is Artist in Residence. Her poetry has been translated into Albanian, Azeri, French, Greek, Lithuanian, Romanian and Turkish. She has performed at a number of venues in London including the British Museum, the ICA and the Hampstead Theatre and has appeared at international poetry festivals in Cyprus, France, Ireland, Kosovo, Lithuania, Romania, Turkey and the UK. Alev’s photographic work, multimedia performances and film-poems have been featured in magazines, used as book covers and been exhibited in galleries including Tate Britain and the Baltimore Museum of Art. She also curates http//www.MemoryMap.org.uk an online digital memory project and exhibition space for film, photography, writing and music.

Les publications d’Alev Adil (Dr) figurent largement dans les anthologies de poèmes et revues académiques et littéraires. Ses critiques sont publiés dans The Times Literary Supplement, The Independent, The Guardian et The Financial Times. Artiste en résidence au sein de l’Université de Greenwich, elle dispense des cours de culture visuel et de création littéraire. Les poèmes d’Adil ont été traduits en albanais, azéri, français, grec, lituanien, roumain et en turc.

Dr. Alev Adil’in eserleri şiir antolojilerinde, uluslararası akademik ve edebi dergilerde geniş ölçüde yer almaktadır. Adil, The Times Literary Supplement, The Independent, The Guardian ve The Financial Times gibi gazeteler için de eleştiri yazıları kaleme almıştır. Kendisi aynı zamanda Greenwich Üniversitesinde misafir yazar olup yine aynı üniversitede görsel kültür ve yaratıcı yazarlık konularında dersler vermektedir. Şiirleri Arnavutça, Azerice, Fransızca, Yunanca, Litvanca, Rumence ve Türkçe dillerine çevrilmiştir. British Museum, ICA ve Hampstead Theatre gibi Londra’nın birçok prestijli yerinde şiir performansları gerçekleştirmiş olan şair Kıbrıs, Fransa, İrlanda, Kosova, Litvanya, Romanya, Türkiye ve İngiltere’de düzenlenen uluslararası şiir festivallerine katılmıştır. Adil’in kitap kapağı olarak da kullanılmış olan birçok fotoğraf çalışması ve mülti-medya performansları, çeşitli dergilerde yer verilerek Tate Britain ve Baltimore Museum of Art gibi müzelerde sergilenmiştir.
