Hagit GROSSMAN

 

Hagit GROSSMAN, née en 1976 à Rishon Letzion (Israël), a étudié la photographie, le théâtre, la peinture et la littérature hébraïque à l’Université Ben Gourion du Néguev.
Aujourd'hui, elle enseigne l'écriture créative à l'Université de Tel Aviv.
Elle a publié 4 recueils de poésie (entre 2007 et 2013) et un roman Where they Aren’t, Ed. Yedihot Aharonot (2012). Deux livres en traduction française sont à paraître en 2014 : Neuf poèmes pour Samuel (Editions de la Margeride) et Choix de poèmes (Al Manar).
La poésie de Hagit Grossman met en valeur la place centrale qu'occupe la poésie dans le champ culturel israélien. Sa contemporanéité, le rapport étroit qu'elle établit avec les arts les plus présents et populaires (musique, cinéma) fait du poète l'un des interprètes privilégiés de l'engagement social.
Hagit Grossman est présente dans les media. Sa poésie, lue, interprétée, est très souvent liée à l'expression musicale.
